Coronary Care is an important issue in the Western world. Asian people have less incidence of heart disease despite having higher levels of smoking, mainly due to more active lifestyles, less stress and less consumption of saturated fats. Not that I am suggesting smoking isn’t an important factor, it most definately is a significant contributing factor to Western heart disease. Unfortunately we are more inclined to do all the bag things that contribute to heart disease.
