If the balance of healthy gut flora is disrupted, the health consequences are serious and far-reaching.
Calcium supplements are not the answer to bone mass loss The most common action in trying to resolve brittle bones or concerns with bone mass density, is to take calcium supplements, but sadly this is not the answer. Long-term use of high-dose calcium supplements can in fact have the complete opposite effect. We need calcium is its food (foodstate) form, not as an inorganic calcium salt bound to an acid.
