Getting Fitter And Healthier in 2020

Most of us start the New Year with hopes and aspirations for improving our lives in many ways, not least of all our health. Faddish diets are abound and Doctors generally advise against doing a “Detox”. So where does this leave us? 

There is absolutely no doubt that a period of “cleansing” is an extremely effective and worthwhile exercise to regain our health after a period of over-consumption, primarily for the sake of cleansing the gut and liver, reducing harmful acids (toxins) in the body and losing weight

 

So let’s consider some important objectives for improved health that might make sense to you:
