Sweeteners Are Not A Healthy Substitute For Sugar

Sweeteners Are Not A Healthy Substitute For Sugar

Refined sugar is forever in the news at the moment, and for all the right reasons. Putting it bluntly, it is a poison! But sweeteners are an appalling alternative and for the sake of your health best avoided.

Here’s Why:

Aspartame is the most common sweetener and is also called Nutra Sweet, Spoonlful and Equal.  When the temperature of Aspartame exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in it converts to formaldehyde and then to formic acid, which in turn causes metabolic acidosis. Formic acid is the poison found in the sting of fire ants. The methanol toxicity mimics, among other conditions, multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus, and many people have been diagnosed in error.

If you are using Aspartame and you suffer from fibromyalgia symptoms, spasms, shooting, pains, numbness in your legs, cramps, vertigo, dizziness, headaches, tinnitus, joint pain, unexplainable depression, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, blurred vision, or memory loss you could have Aspartame poisoning.  Check what you are consuming, in particular diet fizzy drinks.

Does it help you lose weight?

Absolutely not. Aspartame mixed with different sodiums (salts) actually make you crave carbohydrates and invariably cause an increase in weight. Giving up diet products can often lead to a loss in weight.

Does Aspartame help Diabetics?

Most definitely not! In fact it is quite the opposite and can send blood sugars out of control. It also can lead to a number of mental disorders including anxiety, depression, panic attacks and rage. Children with ADHD will often show significant improvement when all sweeteners are removed from their diets.

The list of potential health dangers from using this poisonous substance goes on and on, and the advice is to avoid it at all costs!
