A number of our products are changing from tablets to capsules
Where possible we prefer to provide our Foodstate nutrients in capsule rather than tablet form. Although we have always used the minimum amount and best available options for the excipients used to bind the tablets, we can use even less when we create our products in capsule form
So the following products have become or are becoming capsules:
Please read the daily dosage advice because in most instances 1 tablet has become 2 capsules, so instead of 60 Multi Vitamin & Mineral tablets for example, we now provide 120 capsules of half the dose, so if you used to take 1 tablet per day, you are now recommended to take 2 capsules
